African American Leadership Alliance Milwaukee: The African American Leadership Alliance Milwaukee (AALAM) builds on more than 20 years of leadership development work among Milwaukee’s Black professionals and seeks system-wide changes so Black leaders can thrive and make a difference.  Believing that together under a shared vision and commitment, they will positively impact the trajectory of Milwaukee. AALAM will infuse hope by developing and supporting a thriving pool of diverse and talented African American leaders. (Reducing Barriers to Employment & Advancement)
