Mentorship to Success

Main Content

United Way's Reducing Barriers to Employment and Advancement is anchored in the belief that all adults of working age should have the opportunity to obtain permanent employment with a livable wage at a workplace where they are treated with dignity and have opportunities for advancement. The path to that opportunity can look different for everyone but often, it starts with a support person who believes in you.

The Mentorship to Success Program is sponsored by ManpowerGroup and has a goal of making sure there are more positive people who believe in and support those navigating the road to employment.

Volunteer mentors are matched with local individuals seeking employment or looking to make a career change.

What's Included?
