Safe & Stable Homes

Everything starts with the home.

The root of all good things is a sense of place and a sense of home, yet many families are on the verge of experiencing homelessness. Through United Way's Safe & Stable Homes initiative, we are on track to end family homelessness in our community by 2023.

In 2022, thanks so many generous donors, we are funding the work of 22 organizations committed to ensure homelessness is prevented whenever possible, or if it can’t be prevented, it is a rare, brief, and one-time experience.
