Every year, United Way’s Campaign is led by four Campaign Co-chairs and over 150 volunteers that make up the Campaign Cabinet. This group is comprised of leaders from all sectors of our local community working together to encourage individuals and organizations in their networks to give, advocate, and volunteer in support of United Way’s work.

Sheldon Cuffie
American Family Insurance Group

Sheldon is the Vice President & Chief Information Officer of the American Family Insurance Group, and is responsible for infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, digital workplace, technology risk management, and technology business continuity functions. This experience allows him to hold true to American Family’s dedication to protecting and restoring dreams.

Sheldon is a Veteran of the Wisconsin Army National Guard and is a dedicated supporter of STEM programs in Southeastern Wisconsin. He serves as a board member of UW-Health and United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County. Sheldon received his bachelor’s degree in Management and his master’s degree in Organization Leadership from Quinnipiac University.

Michelle S. Nettles
ManpowerGroup

Michelle is Manpower’s Chief People and Culture Officer and is a member of their Executive Leadership Team. Responsible for global HR, learning, culture and diversity, Michelle is critical in helping the business deliver its vision while unlocking people’s potential.

Michelle is heavily involved in the Milwaukee community especially around education and is an active member of the World Economic Forum CHRO community. She serves on the boards of St. Paul’s Cathedral Trust in America, the Thurgood Marshall College Fund in Washington D.C., and is the Board Chair for Dr. Howard Fuller Collegiate Academy. She holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Stephanie Riesch-Knapp
R&R Insurance Services, Inc.

Stephanie is the Owner and Employee Benefits Consultant at R&R Insurance Services and is part of the third generation of the Riesch family to hold a leadership position in the company. Her significant experience in the property & casualty arena supports the agency’s core objective to deliver total risk solutions for employee benefits and workers compensation.

Stephanie has a passion for community involvement and is actively involved in organizations including TEMPO Milwaukee Foundation, the Waukesha County Business Alliance, the Waukesha County Community Foundation, and The Bryon Riesch Paralysis Foundation, among others. She received her bachelor’s degree in International Business from Marquette University and holds an Associate in Underwriting.
