Meet the Teen Mental Wellness: Empowering Minds Participating Schools

The Teen Mental Wellness: Empowering Minds initiative works with schools to implement a comprehensive school mental health system informed by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction’s School Mental Health Framework. 

Nine schools who are dedicated to improving the mental health services and resources available in schools for their students have been selected to participate during the 2024-25 school year.

The Reducing Barriers to Employment & Advancement initiative is anchored in the belief that all adults should have the opportunity to start stable careers, at workplaces where they are treated with dignity and have opportunities to support and provide for their families. 

In 2024-25, we are funding the work of 16 programs committed to reducing key employment barriers.

Meet the Safe & Stable Homes Grantees

The Safe & Stable Homes initiative is committed in creating a community where homelessness is brief and rare, and families have the resources they need to overcome unforeseen challenges. 

In 2024-25, we are funding the work of 25 programs committed to ensuring that family homelessness is prevented or is a one-time, brief experience.
