Coordinated Entry and Winter Overflow Shelter: The mission of the Housing Action Coalition is to educate, advocate, and raise awareness while providing a cohesive and coordinated response to homelessness and the issues related to it. The winter overflow sheter ensures that individuals and families have access to shelter when other shelter beds in Waukesha County are not available. The Waukesha overflow shelter is an essential service in keeping individuals and families secure and housed. (Safe & Stable Homes)
