Benefits

United Way offers a comprehensive benefits package for permanent staff, including:

  • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance.
  • 403b contribution is 5.5% of monthly pay after 1,000 hours of service or prior non-profit experience. United Way matches 70% of employee contributions up to the first 5% of monthly pay the first of the month following the hire date.
  • Vacation, personal days, paid holidays, and sick days. Holidays include New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
  • One full paid day per year for volunteering.

Current Positions

Temporary Positions

Each year, our Annual Campaign runs from August through December. During this time, we rely on the help and efforts of over 30 temporary full-time staff to accomplish our campaign goals. Positions are held in departments such as Resource Development, Volunteer Engagement, Pledge Processing, and e-Way (Digital Systems).
