Mission: to keep rent affordable and property owners thriving

Who is Supported Properties Network for? Mission-driven property owners that want to end homelessness in Greater Milwaukee while keeping their investments clean, safe, and profitable. Supported Properties Network is a collaborative effort led by City of Milwaukee CDGA, United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, and Milwaukee County Housing Division.

Financial Incentives

How it Works

Join the Network

  1. Complete a quick orientation 
  2. List your unit on Padmission 
  3. Approve a tenancy through Padmission 

Support During Tenancy 

  1. Earn a signing bonus
  2. Meet your dedicated owner support team
  3. Support so rent is paid on time and in full

After Tenancy 

  1. Stay protected against damage or vacancy loss 
  2. Provide network improving feedback
