Building Organizational Capacity: The mission of Diverse & Resilient is to achieve health equity and improve the safety and well-being of LGBTQ people and communities in Wisconsin. Multi-year funding will allow them to expand their reach and serve more transgender individuals allowing them to increase impact. (Racial Equity Fund)
End HIV: A comprehensive HIV prevention program that addresses behaviors associated with increased HIV transmission and the social-emotional conditions in which they occur. The program includes HIV testing, counseling, small group interventions and community awareness which all contribute to preventing new HIV transmissions in Milwaukee. (Health)
Healthy Youth: Making Proud Choices! Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Allied Youth: This program engages youth ages 13-18 to make healthy life choices about sexual health, relationships, and leadership. (Health)
