Mike Flynn
First Business Bank
Mike Flynn, president – Milwaukee Region at First Business Bank, has over 30 years of experience both in banking and private industries. He has spent his career leading various businesses as a business owner and executive, and also helping to finance and grow businesses as a banker. Mike is deeply involved in his community, serving on a number of local nonprofit boards including United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, GPS Education Partners, on the Foundation Board for La Casa de Esperanza, and on the Advisory Board of Marquette University Commercial Banking program.
Mike received his MBA in entrepreneurship and his Bachelor of Science degree in finance from DePaul University. As a father of six, he also coaches girls and boys volleyball.
Cecelia Gore
Brewers Community Foundation
Cecelia Gore is a senior level executive with extensive experience leading community/external affairs, foundation and sports philanthropy, and nonprofit management. Currently, Cecelia leads Brewers Community Foundation, the charitable arm of Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club (MLB). Successes include leading the rebranding efforts that positioned the organization to be thoughtful, dependable, philanthropic leaders in Greater Milwaukee and Major League Baseball. Efforts to carry out the mission of the organization have generated in excess of $30M in support of nonprofit organizations, strategically extending financial support that provides quality programming in the areas of health, education, recreation, and basic needs.
Cecelia is active on a number of nonprofit boards and effectively engages in a variety of capital/community campaigns that have generated millions of dollars of support in the community. Cecelia graduated from Alverno College with both Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees.
Blake Moret
Rockwell Automation
Blake Moret is Chairman and CEO of Rockwell Automation, the world’s largest company singularly focused on industrial automation and information. As CEO, Blake is dedicated to delivering the company’s strategy to bring the Connected Enterprise to life. Under his leadership, Rockwell Automation integrates control and information to help make industrial companies and their people more productive and the world more sustainable.
Blake is Chairman of the Rockwell Automation Charitable Corporation. Locally, Blake is on the board of United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County and the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee. Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Blake graduated from Georgia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He and his wife Cheryl have four children.
George Oliver
Johnson Controls
George R. Oliver is chairman and CEO of Johnson Controls. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as president and chief operating officer with responsibility for the company’s operating businesses and
leading the integration of Johnson Controls and Tyco following their September 2016 merger. George previously served as chief executive officer of Tyco and as a member of its Board of Directors, and had a more than 20-year career with General Electric (GE).
George serves on the Board of Directors of Raytheon Company, a technology and innovation leader specializing in defense and other government markets throughout the world. He is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Board of Trustees. George earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where he serves as a member of the Board of Trustees.
