Funded Programs
Community Counseling (Milwaukee & Waukesha): Assists individuals and families experiencing challenges in any phase of life through professional outpatient therapy. (Health)
In Home Support & Hoarding Intervention (Milwaukee & Waukesha): Improves the quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities through in-home companionship and services such as cleaning, laundry assistance, meal preparation and help with errands. (Financial Stability)
Outreach & Case Management (Milwaukee & Waukesha): Meets the needs of families with a limited income in our community by connecting them to family, health and social services. (Health)
Pregnancy & Parenting Support Services: Helps birth parents develop tools to make successful and thoughtful plans for their family. (Health)
Supported Parenting Program: This program provides parenting support services to parents with developmental disabilities. It focuses on creating a support system for parents so that they can more effectively care for their children. (Education)
