Funded Programs
Case Management (SBHF): A comprehensive program designed to meet the needs of young parents by providing a continuum of care from prenatal through the parenting years. (Education)
Childbirth & Infant Preparation Services (SBHF): Offers prenatal counseling and coordination of care to women experiencing a crisis pregnancy. (Health)
Supported Employment: Provides assessment, job placement, training and follow up to individuals with disabilities placed in a variety of companies in the community. (Financial Stability)
