Community Case Management - Family Flex Fund, Emergency Shelter

Funded Program
Community Case Management - Family Flex Fund: In partnership with the Greater Milwaukee Foundation and in alignment with the Family Flex Fund, this grant will provide flexible financial assistance for community case managers. (Safe & Stable Homes)
Emergency Shelter: Provides shelter, emergency services and support services for men in Milwaukee County without a home. (Financial Stability)
