Next Door's Pathways Program: Strives to build Milwaukee’s early childhood education workforce by empowering individuals with free education, training, and credentials to launch and advance his/her career as an early childhood teacher. The program removes barriers for Milwaukee residents, provides opportunities for career advancement, and positions individuals with employment in an in-demand industry that supports their families and their livelihoods.
