Today’s teens are navigating a world that feels more complex—and more isolating—than ever. Join us for an eye-opening conversation about the real challenges young people are facing and what we, as adults and community members, can do to help.
During this engaging session, the Wisconsin Office of Children’s Mental Health will share insights from their recent Belonging Survey, revealing what teens say is impacting their mental health, the pressures they feel most deeply, and the data behind these growing concerns. Together, we’ll explore what belonging really means to young people today and why it’s critical to their well-being.
You’ll also learn about United Way’s Teen Mental Wellness: Empowering Minds initiative, an effort focused on strengthening support systems, expanding resources, and building communities where teens feel seen, valued, and connected.
Finally, our Director of Public Policy will equip attendees with practical tools to advocate for meaningful change—showing how education, awareness, and community action can help create healthier environments for youth.
Come ready to learn, reflect, and leave empowered with ideas and resources to help the next generation thrive.
