United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County
Distribution events help connect people with an essential digital resource – laptop computers. At a distribution event, eligible individuals complete a brief registration form and leave with a computer of their own.
Distribution events are part of United Way’s Techquity initiative, focused on connecting job seekers, students, and others to computers and internet access to ensure everyone has the technology to succeed in our digital world.
Volunteers will help with computer registration and assist guests as they navigate through the distribution event. Additionally, volunteers will help guests with the setup of, and basic questions about, their new computer.
