Kelly Grebe
Community Leader

Kelly Grebe is an experienced attorney who has spent over two decades providing strategic legal counsel in Milwaukee. After working for Miller Brewing and MillerCoors for more than 20 years, Kelly is transitioning from her long-time role as chief legal officer to a focus on community leadership. A passionate community advocate, Kelly serves on the boards of the Wisconsin State Fair, Children’s Wisconsin Foundation, and United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.

Kelly received both her undergraduate and law degrees, with honors, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. She is a member of the Wisconsin and Illinois bar associations and was named Milwaukee Business Journal’s Top Corporate Counsel in 2012.

Austin Ramirez
Husco

Austin Ramirez is the President and CEO of Husco. Under his leadership, the company was designated a Global Growth Company by the World Economic Forum and recognized as Wisconsin Manufacturer of the Year. Passionate about urban education, Austin has served on a number of nonprofit boards and is a co-founder of St. Augustine Preparatory Academy. Austin is a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum, White House Fellow, and Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Austin holds degrees from the University of Virginia and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

John R. Raymond, Sr., MD
Medical College of Wisconsin

Dr. John Raymond is President and CEO of the Medical College of Wisconsin. In this role, he leads Wisconsin’s only private medical school and largest physician practice group with approximately 1,650 doctors serving 530,000 patients annually. A practicing nephrologist, Dr. Raymond also is a medical researcher studying the basic mechanisms of kidney cell function. He has published more than 140 full-length manuscripts and earned nearly $40 million of grant funding over the course of his career.

Dr. Raymond is a member of the Association of American Physicians, the American Clinical and Climatological Association, and the American Society for Clinical Investigation. He holds degrees from the Ohio State University and performed his residencies and fellowship training at Duke University Medical Center.

Jud Snyder
BMO Harris Bank

Jud Snyder is the President of BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company and BMO’s Senior Executive for Southeast Wisconsin. Jud joined the Bank in 1994 and is responsible for leading the growth and development of BMO Harris Equipment Finance Company. This includes strategic and managerial responsibility for sales, operations, underwriting and equipment management capabilities within the Equipment Finance Company. Jud’s passion for his community is evident in his local board membership with organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, Froedtert Health Systems, Teach for America and United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County. Jud is also involved on a national industry basis, having previously served as Treasurer, Vice Chair and Chairman for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association.

Jud holds a degree in Russian and Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
