Coreen Dicus-Johnson
Network Health
Coreen Dicus-Johnson directs the corporate development and strategic direction of Network Health. She specializes in growing provider-health plan relationships and cultivating health care literacy. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Coreen brings studied leadership and a history of proven results to Network Health. Among numerous recognitions, Coreen was named a 2020 and 2019 Power Broker by the Milwaukee Business Journal and received the BizTimes 2018 Health Care Heroes Executive Leadership Award. Passionate about giving back to her community, Coreen is a 2021 co-chair of the Laugh for a Smile signature fundraising event for Waukesha County Community Dental Clinic, the MVP Boys & Girls Club, SHARP Literacy A Novel Event campaign, and United Way’s community campaign.
Coreen earned a bachelor’s in communications and public relations from Marquette University and a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law.
Mark F. Irgens

Mark Irgens is CEO/Manager of Irgens Partners, LLC (“Irgens”), a developer, investor and operator of commercial office, mixed-use, healthcare and manufacturing properties. Mark leads the organization in four distinct markets: Milwaukee, Chicago, Phoenix, and medical office-healthcare development. He brings his 40 years of experience to clients and team members to ensure successful conception, implementation, completion, and operation of projects. He is a member of The Counselors of Real Estate as well as the President’s Council of The Real Estate Roundtable and has received the Wisconsin Builder Developer of the Year award.
Mark serves on several boards including United Way, the James A. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin - Madison, the US Bank Advisory Board in Wisconsin, and the Three Harbors Council, Boy Scouts of America.
Dr. Joan M. Prince
University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, Retiree
Dr. Joan M. Prince, professor emeritus, serves as vice chancellor of global inclusion and engagement at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Her discipline focus is as a clinical associate professor in medical laboratory sciences, with a specialty in hematology. Dr. Prince was nominated by President Barack Obama to the key administrative post of alternate representative to the 67th General Assembly of the United Nations, with the honorary rank of ambassador. This diplomatic position also maintained an appointment as a senior advisor to the State Department and public delegate. Dr. Prince serves on several community and corporate boards and has been recognized for her service with numerous awards on a local, national, and global level.
A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Prince was the first African American recipient of a bachelor’s in medical technology and master’s in clinical laboratory sciences with a specialty in hematology and flow cytometry from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
Stacy P. Williams
Baird
Stacy P. Williams is a senior vice president and senior investment consultant with the Hodge Williams Group at Baird. She provides comprehensive investment consulting to successful families, endowments, and corporations. She was recognized by FORBES as one of America’s Top Women Advisors for 2020, was named a “Forty Under 40” by the Milwaukee Business Journal and was awarded the Baird G. Frederick Kasten Award for Client Service Excellence. Active in her community, Stacy holds volunteer leadership roles with the Milwaukee Repertory Theater, United Way and United Way’s Women’s Leadership Council, the Sharon Lynn Wilson Center for the Arts, and the Marcus Center for Performing Arts.
Ms. Williams holds a master’s from the University of Wisconsin - Madison; a bachelor’s from the College of Wooster, Ohio; and completed Baird’s Investment Consultants Program hosted at the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business.
