Funded Program
Healing Focused Care Trainings: All SASH grantee direct-service staff will be invited to complete 20-24 hours of trainings across 110 hours of available session options (two week-long trainings from either 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm or three options of three days of 8-hour sessions). We will evaluate if this helps reduce staff burnout and increases employee retention across SASH programs. (Safe and Stable Homes)
