Winter in Wisconsin can be cold and unforgiving to those living without cold-weather gear. By creating Winter Care Kits you are extending a warm hand to those in our community that need it most. Kits may include hats, gloves, scarves, hand warmers, hand lotion, facial tissues, and more.
