A good job has a direct impact on how you feel about your personal value. It allows you to grow and flourish. But for many in our community, they are faced with systemic barriers that prevent them from getting – or keeping – a good job that lets them provide for themselves and their families.

Reducing Barriers to Employment & Advancement is anchored in the belief that all adults of working age should have the opportunity to start stable careers. It starts with systemic change that dismantles inequities. These include helping individuals achieve educational attainment, bridging the digital divide, providing reliable transportation, and expunging criminal records for non-violent offenders.

We’ve set a goal that 15,000 people will be ready to start stable careers having overcome key employment barriers by 2029. Your donation to Reducing Barriers to Employment & Advancement makes this possible.
