While our laptops see zeros and ones, we see connections in the classroom, access to healthcare, the ability to apply for a good job, connections with loved ones, and so much more. Technology has the power to change everyday lives, but not everyone has the same opportunity to experience the power of zeros and ones. It’s called the digital divide – the gap between those who have access to technology and those who don’t. It limits job and learning opportunities, healthcare access, and connecting to those we love. And with more services moving online, the gap has continued to widen.

Our Techquity initiative’s vision is simple: to ensure that every resident of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Washington, and Waukesha counties has digital equity and inclusion.

You can help us reach our goal to distribute 50,000 computers to people who need them across our four counties by 2027. Through broadband access, device distribution, and digital skills training, we know that we can bridge the digital divide, and we can do it today. It starts with your donation to Techquity.
